We started RiseUp New Media because we love helping people and wanted to share the talents God has given us. Our goal is simple—serve others well and spread the love of Jesus through everything we do. I’m genuinely passionate about Google Ads (yes, I’m that person who gets excited about click-through rates!), and I love using that passion to help businesses grow. Outside of work, our family—and our dogs—keep us busy with plenty of outdoor fun and new adventures. I’m Payton Frieden, a results-driven media buyer and digital marketer with a proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns across multiple industries. I started my career in 2020 as an email specialist and quickly transitioned into paid media, managing multi-million-dollar budgets across Google Ads, TikTok, Taboola, Outbrain, and more. From working at Launch Express—where we managed $1–1.5 million in monthly ad spend—to leading strategy as Sr. Media Buyer at FinMC, I’ve spent over $10 million on Google Ads alone, generating 60,000+ leads and $4.5 million in revenue on $2.59 million in spend. My experience spans finance, eCommerce, supplements, and live events, with a focus on building scalable, high-ROI campaigns that deliver real business growth.

I’m the one who keeps RiseUp running smoothly behind the scenes. From client communications to invoices, finances, and taxes, I ensure everything stays organized and on track. My role goes beyond just numbers I focus on building systems that help our agency grow efficiently and sustainably. With a strong background in financial management, I make sure budgets are balanced, campaigns are profitable, and every detail lines up with our long-term vision. I work closely with Payton and the rest of the team to provide the support they need to focus on what they do best creating high-performing ad strategies for our clients. At the end of the day, my goal is simple: keep operations steady, clients happy, and the RiseUp team set up for success.
